We're in the Relationship-Business

At Dr. Brian Cox Dentistry, we’re in the relationship-business as much as we’re in the dentistry-business. We exist as a practice to serve you – as a patient – and not the insurance companies. Below you’ll find everything you need to begin your dental health journey with us.

Your First Visit

Our practice is committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, high-quality dental care. Your first visit is all about you: your comfort, your happiness, and your health.

During your first visit, we will review your dental and medical history forms, and take X-rays of your teeth and mouth. Then the dentist will meet with you to discuss your X-rays, help you create your own individual treatment plan, and answer any questions you may have.

At your next visit, one of our hygienists will clean and polish your teeth, and inspect your teeth and gums for any cavities or early signs of tooth decay or gingivitis.

Patient Forms

For your first visit, it’s important that you bring the following two items with you:

  • Yourself & your smile
  • Your insurance card

For your convenience, you may complete and bring a print version of the following form with you to your first appointment.

Payment Options
& Insurance Information

The cost of your treatment will vary, depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options with you before you begin, so you can make the best choice for you.

We Offer Affordable Payment Plans through Care Credit

We want to make it easy for you to receive the best dental care when you need it, that’s why we offer affordable plans through Care Credit.

We Accept Cash and Most Major Credit Cards

For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards as well as cash payments at the time of service.

We Work With Many Insurance Providers

We’ll work with your insurance provider to determine what your plan covers and what it does not cover. We’ll help you with the paperwork and process.
