We're in the Relationship-Business
At Dr. Brian Cox Dentistry, we’re in the relationship-business as much as we’re in the dentistry-business. We exist as a practice to serve you – as a patient – and not the insurance companies. Below you’ll find everything you need to begin your dental health journey with us.
Your First Visit
Our practice is committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, high-quality dental care. Your first visit is all about you: your comfort, your happiness, and your health.
During your first visit, we will review your dental and medical history forms, and take X-rays of your teeth and mouth. Then Dr. Cox will meet with you to discuss your X-rays, help you create your own individual treatment plan, and answer any questions you may have.
At your next visit, one of our hygienists will clean and polish your teeth, and inspect your teeth and gums for any cavities or early signs of tooth decay or gingivitis.
For your first visit, it’s important that you bring the following three items with you:
- Yourself & your smile
- Your insurance card
- Health History Form
For your convenience, you may complete and bring a print version of the following two forms with you to your first appointment.
& Insurance Information
The cost of your treatment will vary, depending on your individual needs and treatment plan. We will discuss the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment options with you before you begin, so you can make the best choice for you.
We Accept Cash and Most Major Credit Cards
For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards as well as cash payments at the time of service.
We Work With Many Insurance Providers
We’ll work with your insurance provider to determine what your plan covers and what it does not cover. We’ll help you with the paperwork and process.
Convenient Online Services
Our online Patient Portal allows you to:
- View your appointment and account information at any time
- Sign up for email or text appointment reminders
- Check your payment history and see current charges
- Print out flex spending reimbursement and tax receipts
If you do not have a patient login, please let us know at your next appointment, and we will gladly help you set up your own personal account.
